Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows
- Background in Architecture or Structural design
- Experience as a Modeler, including preparing and updating coordinated Construction Drawings
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) integration within BIM models
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with BIM standards, clash detection, and model-based quantity take-off is highly beneficial
- Prior experience in large-scale or complex building projects in the GCC region is an advantage
