About the Role
Lead BIM implementation, coordination, and delivery across architectural and multidisciplinary projects.
Establish BIM standards, manage project models, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage BIM implementation across multiple projects and maintain BIM Execution Plans, standards, workflows, and protocols.
- Manage Revit models, templates, families, shared parameters, worksets, and modeling standards.
- Lead coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Conduct model reviews, clash detection, quality checks, audits, and coordination reporting.
- Monitor model health, accuracy, performance, and data consistency.
- Manage timely BIM deliverables and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance, training, mentoring, and workflow improvements.
- Troubleshoot Revit and BIM issues and support complex architectural models and documentation.
