Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for the role of a BIM Engineer.
The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems for various projects.
Daily tasks include developing and managing construction drawings, collaborating with MEP and architectural teams, and ensuring seamless integration of civil engineering aspects into project plans.
The role requires attention to detail, collaboration, and technical expertise to successfully support project development and execution.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and tools
- Experience in generating and managing construction drawings
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and integration
- Background or expertise in Architecture and Civil Engineering
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
- Previous experience with construction projects in the Middle East is a plus
