BIM Engineer

Produce high-quality structural BIM 3D models for a wide range of projects

Develop detailed design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software

Draw detailed plans for foundations, buildings and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data

Perform site visits weekly to monitor/troubleshoot BIM for site execution

Read construction documents and build MEP 3D BIM model using them

Create and maintain details and Revit families

Understand the sequencing of construction projects as well as MEP, architectural and structural engineering disciplines

Produce engineered 2D drawings with AutoCAD MEP/Revit

Identify interferences with the architectural structure and other MEP elements

Generate deliverables from the model which include clash reports, tagging, dimensioning and generating fabrication spools and tickets

Enforce modeling protocol and standards

BTech in civil/mechanical engineering

Fresher in BIM, preferably Revit structural

In-depth knowledge of MEP BIM

in preparing shop/fabrication/coordination drawings
