Responsibilities
- Create and manage BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for clash detection and model integration
- Produce accurate 3D models and shop drawings from engineering drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and local regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM Electrical Modeler
- Mandatory GCC project experience
- Currently based in the UAE
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD tools for electrical modeling, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related coordination software
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design and documentation for building projects
- Experience with multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and collaboration with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards, and translate them into accurate 3D models and shop drawings
- Solid knowledge of industry codes and local building and electrical regulations in the UAE or GCC region
- Good analytical, problem solving, and detail oriented skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related technical field

Role Description
- The BIM Electrical Modeler is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM Electrical Modeler
- Mandatory GCC project experience
- Currently based in the UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD tools for electrical modeling, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related coordination software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design and documentation for building projects, including layouts, schematics, and load schedules.
- Experience with multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and collaboration with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards, and translate them into accurate 3D models and shop drawings.
- Solid knowledge of industry codes and local building and electrical regulations in the UAE or GCC region.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and detail oriented skills, with a focus on model accuracy and data integrity.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on site with cross functional project teams.
