- Identify and address high level technical challenges related to BIM workflows.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of BIM processes.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide clear guidance to team members.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM processes align with project requirements and objectives.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of project specific BIM standards and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Expertise in BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, or Revit
- Experience with scripting tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper is a plus
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and integration techniques
