Role Overview
Drive digital delivery across projects as a Project BIM Coordinator.
Lead BIM coordination for hotel and commercial office developments.
Core Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, MEP, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of comprehensive project experience within the AEC industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex hotel and commercial office projects.
- Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD.
- Deep understanding of industry standards and construction techniques.
- Proven full-cycle coordination capabilities.
BIM and Digital Delivery Leadership
- Lead BIM-focused projects and ensure adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
- Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans to maintain project consistency and quality.
- Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery, Virtual Design and Construction, and Integrated Project Delivery.
- Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including 4D phase planning and 5D cost estimating.
- Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
- Troubleshoot model and project issues and ensure timely resolution.
