Job Description

BIM Coordination

• Review and validate contractor LOD 400 BIM models and LOD 500 as-built documentation against the Employer Information Requirements.
• Ensure deliverables comply with the EIR and approved BIM Execution Plan.
• Federate architecture, structure, MEP, utilities, and infrastructure models using Autodesk Navisworks.
• Run and document formal BIM coordination meetings to resolve spatial clashes before site execution.

Stakeholder and Project Systems

• Coordinate with other disciplines on model development and coordination issues.
• Engage stakeholders, end users, and asset owners throughout BIM implementation.
• Administer and monitor activity within the project’s Common Data Environment.
• Manage external engagements required to deliver the BIM strategy.

Planning and Sequencing

• Verify contractor 4D planning and construction sequence simulations.
• Identify structural or logistical scheduling conflicts through review of construction sequencing.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Have at least 8 years of design experience from a Civil Engineering or Infrastructure discipline background.
• Have at least 2 years of GCC regional experience.
• Professional memberships and charterships are required.
• Have consultant-environment experience on buildings, public realm, roads, bridges, tunnels, and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrate good written and verbal English communication skills.
