Role Overview
The employer is hiring a BIM Coordinator for architecture and structural disciplines.
The job is full time and based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines.
- Manage model coordination and identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks and Revit.
- Review models, drawings, and BIM deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support BIM standards, workflows, and project documentation.
- Conduct model audits and ensure adherence to project BIM requirements.
- Assist project teams with BIM-related technical issues and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field.
- Three to six years of relevant BIM coordination experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in architectural and structural BIM coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
