Role Description
This is a full-time role for a BIM Architect at SLS BIM INTERNATIONAL, located on-site in Dubai.
The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models, producing detailed architectural and construction drawings, and coordinating with project teams.
Responsibilities also include preparing submittals, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting teams with BIM implementation and coordination efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Drawings.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals for architectural and construction projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Dubai.
