- Experience producing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Relevant experience in an architectural or engineering consultancy environment, preferably within Dubai
- Advanced skills in BIM related software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and complementary tools (e.g., AutoCAD, visualization software)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

Overview
- The BIM Architect will work on site in Dubai in a full time capacity, leading the development and coordination of Building Information Models for architectural projects.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing BIM models
- Producing detailed architectural and construction drawings
- Ensuring all documentation aligns with design intent, codes, and project standards
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture, with the ability to translate design concepts into clear, buildable solutions
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, including model creation, coordination, and clash detection
- Experience producing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings that comply with local codes and project specifications
- Relevant experience in an architectural or engineering consultancy environment, preferably within Dubai
- Advanced skills in BIM related software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and complementary tools (e.g., AutoCAD, visualization software)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced project setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams
