Position Overview
Nirvana Lifespace is hiring a Billing Engineer for civil project billing, quantity estimation, and BOQ management.
The role involves handling project billing activities and coordinating with site and project teams.
Experience and Qualification
- Four to five years of relevant experience, or more than five years in civil billing and quantity surveying.
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures in civil or construction projects.
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical site coordination experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify running account bills and final bills.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
