Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh.
- Work is performed in person.
- Site pick-up and drop facilities are provided.
Role Overview
The Civil Billing Engineer will prepare, verify, and reconcile client, running account, final, and subcontractor bills.
The role coordinates billing activities with project and accounts stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- A B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering is required.
- Five years of billing engineer experience is required.
- A diploma qualification is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Applicants should be able to commute to or relocate to Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify running account bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare and validate bills in line with executed quantities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, and the accounts department.
- Submit bills on time with supporting documentation required by contracts.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, joint measurement reports, and approval logs.
