Billing Administrator

Apave Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Administrator to join our Edmonton office.

This role is responsible for processing timesheets, preparing and issuing client invoices, responding to billing inquiries, following up on outstanding items, and maintaining company records.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in our Edmonton office.

Our Canadian operations currently provide services from Edmonton, Regina, Calgary, Cold Lake, Saskatoon, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lloydminster, Nisku, Red Deer.

Our USA operations provide services from 23 office locations, our United Kingdom operations provide services from 7 office locations, and our Australian operations provide services from 5 locations.

• Reconcile field reports and maintain accurate records in both our ERP system and our clients.
• Review payroll and billing data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support weekly payroll processing and ensure accuracy following union and provincial labor regulations.
