Bilingual Shipping Quality Control Associate

Grapevine, TX (Patriot Drive) | Monday–Friday | $16.25/hour

Shift assigned based on operational needs (6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM)

Productiv is hiring a motivated, detail-driven Quality Control Associate to join our Shipping department. This role ensures the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments by verifying product counts, labels, and order details. Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments in the dock area and maintain accurate counts

Verify that all orders contain correct labels and match product specifications

Identify and report discrepancies or issues with shipments

Assist with general dock duties as needed to support operations

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to read and interpret labels, orders, and product information

Flexibility to work any assigned shift based on business needs

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
