Position Overview

Customer Engagement and Styling

• Greet guests, demonstrate product knowledge, and ask questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, create complete looks, and demonstrate multiple ways to wear products.
• Guide purchase decisions, provide a seamless checkout experience, and encourage customers to return.

Sales and Business Acumen

• Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
• Maintain stockroom organization and complete POS transactions.
• Give and receive feedback in an honest and constructive manner.

Skills and Experience

• Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are required.
• Prior retail experience is required.
• The role requires English proficiency plus one additional language.
• The role requires multitasking, prioritization, teamwork, social media awareness, and willingness to learn omni and virtual selling techniques.

Schedule

• Availability must include a flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays as business needs require.

Physical Requirements

• The role requires lifting at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• The role requires climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering through the sales floor and stockroom.

Compensation

• The base pay range is $15.00 to $19.50 per hour.
