We are currently in the "Day 0" (founding) phase.
As a key financial pillar of the founding team, you will join a high-potential project to structure the capital, build the investor roadmap, and secure the resources necessary to launch our first technological manufacturing units.

3. Core Missions: The Architect of Capitalization

**Financial Engineering (Dubai):**
Structure the holding company to be "Investor Ready" according to international standards and UAE regulations.
**Fundraising (Seed/Early Stage):**
Identify and engage with VCs, Family Offices, and Angel Investors to fund the launch of our future tech assets.
**Modeling & Strategy:**
Develop comprehensive business plans and financial projections for upcoming startup projects under the holding's umbrella.
**Bilingual Investor Relations:**
Produce all investment documentation (Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums) in both
English and French
.

4. Candidate Profile

**Local Implementation:**
We are exclusively seeking profiles
already resident and established in Dubai
, with their own existing structure or visa and an active local network.
**Expertise:**
3 to 5 years of proven success in fundraising, Private Equity, or startup financial direction.
**Languages:**
Fully Bilingual in English and French
.
Absolute fluency is required to conduct technical negotiations in both languages.
**Mindset:**
A "Founder" mentality—resilient, autonomous, and capable of building processes where none exist.

5. Compensation Structure (Executive Partnership Model)

*This role is a direct partnership opportunity.

In the absence of an initial base salary, compensation is built on co-ownership and strategic success:*

1. **Significant Equity Stake

A substantial percentage of the holding company’s shares, granting you co-ownership from Day 0.

2. **Success Fees:**

A direct, aggressive commission percentage (e.g., 3% to 7%) on all capital raised for the group.

3. **Advisory Retainers:**

A fixed monthly management fee (consultancy retainer) to be implemented immediately upon the closing of the first funding round.

4. **Strategic Valuation Bonus

A high-impact performance bonus triggered upon reaching group valuation milestones, specifically

upon reaching a $10,000,000 valuation

5. **Board Fees:**

Guaranteed remuneration for serving as a Board Member on future technological subsidiaries manufactured and managed by the holding.

6. **Carried Interest:**

A direct share of the capital gains realized during the eventual exit (sale) or IPO of the group’s assets.

7. **Dubai Tax Optimization

Direct access to the tax benefits of the Dubai jurisdiction (0% tax on dividends, commissions, and capital gains).

6. Contractual Terms

**Contract Type:**
Executive Partnership / Founding Team Member.
**Location:**
Based in Dubai (with flexibility for remote work or regional travel).
**Important Note:**
No residency visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is provided at this founding stage.
