Requirements
- Full fluency in English and French is required for verbal, written, reading, and comprehension tasks.
- At least two years of call-center or customer-service experience is required.
- A diploma or degree is preferred.
- Electronics product support experience is an asset.
- Moderate Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency and basic computing skills are required.
- Planning, organization, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
