Job Overview

  • We are hiring a Bilingual Technical Customer Support Agent to support Canadian customers across technical platforms, email services, and marketing campaigns.
  • This is an opportunity to become a trusted technical advisor to clients while working in a structured, measurable, and growth focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing Technical & Customer Support

  • Handle inbound calls and emails in both English and French.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to resolution.
  • Take full ownership of customer cases from start to finish.
  • Log all interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
  • Meet SLAs and quality standards while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone.
  • Build rapport with new and existing customers.

What You'll Be Doing Email & Platform Support

  • Assist with email setup, password resets, forwarding, and troubleshooting.
  • Support clients using email relay tools (tracking, analytics, delivery log review).
  • Help customers improve email deliverability and list quality.

What You'll Be Doing Campaign & Reporting Support

  • Assist with campaign setup and monitoring.
  • Support post campaign follow ups.
  • Help prepare basic performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate campaign data.
  • Collaborate with internal tech and operations teams.

What We're Looking For Required

  • Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written).
  • 2–3 years customer service experience.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting ability.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with international clients.
  • Strong multitasking and organization skills.
  • Professional, friendly, solution oriented mindset.
  • Ability to ask probing questions and identify root causes.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in technical support or call centers.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or CRM tools.
  • Experience with email platforms or campaign tools.
  • Background in communications, marketing, or related field.
