Job Summary
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Monitoring Agent supports parking facility operations through inbound customer service, monitoring, and operational response.
The role handles parking inquiries, permits, payments, invoice disputes, machine issues, and monitoring activities in a 24/7 operation.
Inbound Calls and Customer Support
- Log incoming calls in customer service systems and determine the appropriate action.
- Assist customers with parking, permits, payments, invoice disputes, and other inquiries.
- Transfer parking machine malfunction reports to the Service Department.
Facility Monitoring and Operations
- Track company vehicles, monitor on-site equipment health, and oversee on-site parking operations.
- Prepare service calls in response to parking machine alarms.
- Track and report cash levels at parking stations to prevent service disruptions.
- Escalate cases to Service Departments when necessary and maintain accurate operational logs.
