Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can work with our clients and our Success and Sales Teams to help advance our vision of changing the future of audit, financial reporting, and data analytics in the North American market.

• Respond to inbound, client-related inquiries about CaseWare International’s offerings, including providing product overviews, licensing information, pricing, order processing, and more.
• Build rapport quickly to nurture relationships with clients and potential clients.
• Become a product expert.
• Use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, Microsoft Dynamics, to track activities and opportunities.
• Perform other ad hoc activities as required.
• Post-secondary education
• French is a strong asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Aspirations to grow professionally in the Customer Service, Success, and Sales environment
• Team player with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude toward getting work done
• Organizational skills to keep contacts and prospects organized
• Two years of customer service experience in the software sector or a similar role is considered an asset
• An understanding of, or experience working in, the accounting or financial audit industry is considered an asset.
