Kanaan Gents Salon & Spa is hiring a Bilingual Customer Relations & Booking Coordinator to manage client follow-ups, CRM data, and booking support. This client-facing, phone-heavy role requires fluency in Arabic and English, and 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email (new inquiries, missed bookings, re engagement)
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system accurately and consistently
- Run WhatsApp and email campaigns (reminders, offers, promotions) as directed by marketing
- Send appointment reminders and confirmations to reduce no shows
- Support the call center with inbound/outbound booking calls
- Coordinate with branch staff/salonists to update and confirm booking schedules
- Escalate service issues or complaints to the relevant branch/manager
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- 1+ years experience in customer service, call center, or CRM based role
- Comfortable with high call and message volume
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, email tools)
- Well organized, reliable, punctual
