BILINGUAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

Engage with customers via phone, email and live chat

Qualify incoming leads and connect them with the right sales teams

Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calls

Track and manage customer interactions in CRM systems

Follow up on leads and contribute to sales success

Provide accurate product and service information

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support

Bilingual in French and English (required)

College Diploma, an asset

2+ years of working experience in sales preferred, however willing to train.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Highly organized with strong time management abilities

Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Team player with the ability to work independently

Fluency in English (advanced level) is required 50% of the time to communicate with the customers in other provinces in Canada, with whom communication is conducted exclusively in English.
