- Deliver responsive customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities for Line Increases and Additional Financing
- Analyze and interpret financial statements and assess performance trends
- Collaborate with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders to resolve issues
Requirements
- 6+ months of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and English
- 6+ months of Customer Service, Credit Management and/or Commercial Underwriting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
- Proficient user of AI and Microsoft Product Suite

About this role
- Wells Fargo is seeking a Bilingual Credit Portfolio Associate for a vacancy in either Montreal or Mississauga office.
In this role, you will
- Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned Inventory Finance clients
- Provide support as an advisor regarding credit performance, potential or emerging risks, and business conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and policies
- Review basic or tactical issues, credit policies or procedures, complex credit reports, and findings to recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of credit function, analytical tools, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders
- Proactively monitor and assess the portfolio to manage risk and drive effective resolution of problem loans
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to support assigned customer’s Inventory Finance needs for Line Increases, Additional Financing opportunities
- Analyze and interpret financial statements, assess performance trends, and respond appropriately
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and English
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of Customer Service, Credit Management and/or Commercial Underwriting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
- Proficient user of AI, Microsoft Product Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Expectations

Pay Range
- $60,000.00 $89,000.00
