What Does the Benefits Package Look Like?
This is a full-time position based primarily in an office, residential, and school environment.
Due to the nature of the work, employees may encounter challenging behaviors, including emotional outbursts, physical agitation, or aggression.
Staff are expected to respond using trauma-informed approaches, appropriate de-escalation techniques, sound judgment, and established safety procedures.
Schedules are flexible based on program needs and may include evenings and weekends.
A flex schedule may be available.
The position is non-essential during inclement weather.
Local travel is expected during the business day, with occasional out-of-area or overnight travel.
Employees may occasionally be required to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, kneel, or lift and move up to 25 pounds.
