BSI Lifestyle, an international luxury travel concierge service in Dubai, seeks a Bilingual Accountant fluent in Russian and English. The role involves maintaining financial records, processing payments, preparing reports, and managing VAT returns.

Responsibilities
- Process invoice payments via internal accounting system and manage international payments to suppliers
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and local regulatory reporting
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
- Manage payments and oversee document flow with suppliers and clients
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts, maintain internal Excel spreadsheets and update financial data
- Create and distribute invoices and completion certificates
- Generate detailed reports on debtors and creditors
- Contribute to financial matters spanning various companies within the Group
- Identify opportunities for automation and enhancement of accounts processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) and Upper Intermediate English or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant accounting roles in Dubai
- Strong comprehension of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v lookups
- Outstanding numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Robust analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- Organized, adept at managing multiple priorities effectively
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Role Overview
- Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure financial health and integrity through accurate record keeping, timely reporting, compliance, effective budgeting, and providing financial insights.

Qualifications
- Outstanding numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record starting from 1 year of experience in relevant accounting roles in Dubai (prior experience in tourism/travel/concierge industry a plus).
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) and Upper Intermediate English or higher.
- Strong comprehension of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v lookups.
- Robust analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Organized, adept at managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Comfortable in a flexible and adaptable work environment.
