Role Overview
The role covers estimation, procurement, and billing activities for projects.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotations.
- Prepare quick cost estimates for proposals under tight deadlines.
- Review material and labor costs and prepare cost evaluations and comparisons.
- Prepare quotation invitation documents for vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate prices and delivery terms with subcontractors and material vendors.
- Oversee procurement according to project schedules, including supplier selection, rate reviews, and delivery timelines.
- Check and prepare purchase orders.
- Prepare payment schedules with the site supervisor according to site progress.
- Finalize accounts during final measurement.
- Track and update cost estimates for project cost escalations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Knowledge of commercial interior design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project.
