Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver items such as documents, parcels, or food orders to customers or client locations within assigned areas
- Plan routes for timely deliveries
- Follow traffic and safety regulations
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch or supervisors regarding delivery status or issues
- Inspect the bike regularly and report any maintenance needs
- Keep delivery records or logs updated
- Handle cash or digital payments when required
- Adhere to company service standards and provide polite, professional customer interactions at each delivery point
Requirements
- Valid motorcycle driving license in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Proven experience riding a motorbike safely in city traffic
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic rules, and basic navigation using GPS or mobile mapping applications
- Ability to handle packages safely, follow delivery instructions accurately, and maintain basic documentation or electronic records
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and able to work on the road for extended periods, including in hot weather and during peak traffic hours
- Reliable, punctual, and customer focused, with a professional attitude and respect for safety and company policies
- Previous experience as a bike rider, delivery driver, or courier in the GCC region is preferred but not mandatory

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Bike Rider role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Bike Rider will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering items such as documents, parcels, or food orders to customers or client locations within assigned areas.
- Daily tasks include planning routes for timely deliveries, following traffic and safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch or supervisors regarding delivery status or issues.
- The Bike Rider will also be expected to inspect the bike regularly, report any maintenance needs, keep delivery records or logs updated, and handle cash or digital payments when required.
- The role may involve working in varying weather conditions, adhering to company service standards, and providing polite, professional customer interactions at each delivery point.
Qualifications
- Valid motorcycle driving license in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one) and proven experience riding a motorbike safely in city traffic.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic rules, and basic navigation using GPS or mobile mapping applications.
- Ability to handle packages safely, follow delivery instructions accurately, and maintain basic documentation or electronic records.
