A dental clinic is looking for a reliable bike messenger to collect and deliver dental cases, impressions, and prosthetics between clinics and the laboratory. The role requires a valid riding license, knowledge of local routes, and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Collect dental impressions, models, prescriptions, and other dental items from clinics and deliver them to the laboratory
- Deliver completed dental restorations, crowns, bridges, dentures, aligners, and other laboratory products to dental clinics
- Ensure all items are handled carefully and transported securely to prevent damage or contamination
- Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and client signatures
- Follow assigned delivery schedules and optimize routes for timely service
- Communicate with laboratory staff and clients regarding delivery status and urgent requests
- Verify that all cases and documents are correctly labeled and accounted for during pickup and delivery
- Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the company bicycle/motorbike and report any maintenance issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Assist with basic administrative or operational tasks when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid bicycle or motorcycle riding license (if required by local regulations)
- Previous experience in courier, delivery, messenger, or logistics services is an advantage
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Summary
- The Bike Messenger is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient collection and delivery of dental cases, impressions, prosthetics, and laboratory materials between dental clinics and the dental laboratory.
- The role requires excellent time management, reliability, and professional customer service to ensure smooth laboratory operations and client satisfaction.
