Job Description
- Transport Goods: Safely deliver items to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Route Management: Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and confirming delivery details.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, delivery confirmations, and any issues encountered.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report any maintenance issues or accidents to management.
Qualifications
- Driving Skills: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer complaints, in a professional manner.
Additional Information
- Salary Range: AED 2,000 plus commission per order
- Benefits: Company provided vehicle
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week
- Start Date: Immediate
