Big Data Engineer

Grade: G4 We are looking for a Hands-on Data Architect with 6–8 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise data solutions, preferably in the CRO/Pharma industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), data modeling, data governance, database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

Develop and maintain data architecture standards, data management conventions, data dictionaries, data element naming standards, and metadata standards.

Work extensively on MDM initiatives/projects to ensure accurate, consistent, and governed master data across systems.

Establish data standards, metadata management policies, and security frameworks to ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, application, and engineering teams to ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.

Ensure data architecture aligns with business goals, security requirements, regulatory standards, and performance expectations.

Support and guide data integration efforts involving databases, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines
