Bidding Specialist

• Manage the complete bidding process from receiving the opportunity until final submission.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to prepare complete and competitive proposals.
• Manage client onboarding and registration on government and private procurement portals.
• Maintain and update the company’s information, documents, and certificates across client portals.
• Manage client qualification and prequalification requirements.
• Review tender requirements and ensure full compliance with submission conditions.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of technical and commercial proposals.
• Track deadlines and ensure all proposals, clarifications, and required documents are submitted on time.

opportunities review

• Prepare qualified opportunities for presentation to the Opportunity Review Committee.
• Coordinate committee meetings and provide all required opportunity details and supporting documents.
• Document committee decisions, approvals, conditions, and action items.
• Follow up on committee action items with the relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, qualifications, portal registrations, and committee approvals.

• Track bidding activities and provide regular status reports to management.
