The opportunity
North Projects is seeking a Bid Manager to lead pursuit and bidding activities across its national business.
The role works with Executive and Senior Leadership teams to frame, position, and prioritise opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
The role leads pursuits from early positioning through submission and supports national bid capability.
Pursuit and bid leadership
- Translate strategic priorities into focused pursuit and bidding activity.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of priority and complex pursuits, including bid approach, program, governance, and review processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary pursuit teams and maintain visibility of the national bid pipeline.
- Lead reviews and approvals to ensure submissions are compliant, compelling, and consistently high quality.
Positioning to win
- Lead win-theme, positioning, and proposition workshops using opportunity and client intelligence.
- Identify client needs, pain points, differentiators, value propositions, and proof points.
- Shape proposal storyboards and response structures that connect client requirements with agreed win themes.
