Bid Manager

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our established European Bid Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting major opportunities across our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, working on large-scale and high-value bids across a diverse range of sectors.

We offer flexible hybrid working, enabling you to be connected to any of our UK offices while maintaining a balance between office and home working. As part of an international multidisciplinary consultancy, you will be supported to develop your full career potential within a highly collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:

Lead complex, multidisciplinary bids from opportunity capture through to submission

Develop bid and win strategies that maximise success on strategic opportunities

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders across the business

Work with technical specialists to develop compelling, high-scoring proposal content

Manage bid programmes, reviews, governance processes and approvals

Contribute to continuous improvement, lessons learned and bid library development

Support presentations, interviews and mentoring activities within the wider bid team
