Responsibilities
- Lead capture planning / win strategy planning sessions to achieve approvals in line with submission deadlines
- Execute and drive corporate governance processes, systems and procedures
- Ensure effective use of process and tools for all bids to maximize win opportunity
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure robust response to technical requirements
- Work with leadership and technical teams to develop robust commercial offering
- Manage production of all bid documents ensuring quality standards and deadlines
- Generate top down financial estimates and use benchmarking tools
- Lead interview/presentation with creative input and coaching support
Requirements
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent Professional qualifications, preferably in design/construction related field or business/marketing
- Minimum of 8+ years working in a Work Winning, bids and proposals position
- Experience in the Middle East Design Consultancy Sector
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics CRM, and Adobe Acrobat InDesign
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops to drive winning strategies
- Strong people leadership skills

Overview
- We are seeking a Bid Manager to join the AtkinsRéalis Middle East Win Work Team, working with Win Work Bid Managers, Win Work Markets Leader and Technical Disciplines.
Your role
- Leads capture planning / win strategy planning sessions to achieve approvals in line with submission deadlines.
- Executes and drives corporate governance processes, systems and procedures.
- Ensures the effective use of the process and tools, for all bids.
- Liaises with technical teams to ensure a robust response to the technical requirements.
- Works with leadership and technical teams to ensure a robust commercial offering.
- Ensures a winning, compliant, error free document arrives with the client.
- Provides organization and structure for bid teams.
- Generates top down financial estimates, use benchmarking tools.
- Manages the production of all bid documents.
- Leads the interview/presentation with creative input and coaching support.
- Enacts change in the organization by driving improvements.
About you
- Lead the bid process from capture stage to project appointment.
- Have experience in the Middle East Design Consultancy Sector.
- Be assertive, enthusiastic, highly organized, methodical and flexible.
- Possess strong people leadership skills.
- Have confidence to approach colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Work under time pressure and deadlines.
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent Professional qualifications, preferably in design/construction related field or business/marketing.
- Minimum of 8+ years working in a Work Winning, bids and proposals position.
- Ideally have experience in a professional services environment.
