Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end to end bid and tender process
- Ensure all proposals are completed accurately, on time, and in line with client requirements
- Gather and review documentation
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams
- Draft and format bid and proposal content
- Organize tender submissions
- Track bid timelines and maintain records of submissions
- Support post submission follow up, clarifications, and revisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes
- Support development of standardized templates and best practices

- Skills in Bid Writing and Proposal Writing
- Skills in Tender Submissions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial

- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
- Previous experience in bidding, proposals, or related coordination role in construction, engineering, or contracting is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field is preferred

Role Description
- The Bid Coordinator is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
- Coordinates the end to end bid and tender process, ensuring that all proposals are completed accurately, on time, and in line with client requirements and company standards.
- Day to day tasks include gathering and reviewing documentation, collaborating with technical and commercial teams, drafting and formatting bid and proposal content, and organizing tender submissions.
- Tracks bid timelines, maintains records of submissions, and supports post submission follow up, clarifications, and revisions.
- Contributes to continuous improvement of bid processes and supports the development of standardized templates and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Bid Preparation and Bid Processes to manage end to end tender activities and compliance with submission requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Bid Writing and Proposal Writing to produce clear, accurate, and compelling bid documents and supporting materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Tender Submissions to coordinate documentation, ensure timely delivery, and maintain organized records of all bids.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret client requirements and technical information.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and basic document formatting tools.
