Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the end to end tender process with the Business Development team
- Review tender documents including RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, scope of work, BOQ, drawings, and client requirements
- Prepare, compile, and organize all tender submission documents
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for FM services including soft services, hard services, manpower, consumables, materials, equipment, and specialized services
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and QHSE teams for tender inputs
- Obtain, review, and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Monitor and update tender portals and maintain records
Requirements
- 3 4 years of Facilities Management experience
- Experience in tender coordination and submission
- Knowledge of cost estimation for FM services
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Job Overview
- Coordinate and support the end to end tender process along with the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents including RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, scope of work, BOQ, drawings, site visit reports, and client requirements.
- Prepare, compile, and organize all tender submission documents in line with client requirements and submission deadlines.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for FM services including soft services, hard services, manpower, consumables, materials, equipment, and specialized services.
- Prepare manpower costing based on salary structure, CTC, accommodation, transportation, visa, insurance, uniforms, and other applicable cost components.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and QHSE teams to obtain required inputs for tender submissions and costing.
- Obtain, review, and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations for specialized services, materials, consumables, tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Support in preparing detailed costing sheets, pricing summaries, commercial breakdowns, and management approval documents.
- Ensure all estimates are prepared in line with approved margins, overheads, contingencies, and company commercial guidelines.
- Identify missing scope, cost risks, exclusions, assumptions, deviations, and clarification points during tender review and estimation.
- Prepare and maintain tender clarifications, technical responses, commercial clarifications, and compliance statements as required.
- Monitor and update all tender portals regularly to ensure opportunities, clarifications, addendums, and submission deadlines are tracked.

Compensation
- Pay: AED7,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
