About the Role
CKP Middle East Consultants seeks a BID Coordinator to manage end-to-end bid and proposal processes. You will review tender documents, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain bid databases.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end to end bid and proposal process
- Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents to identify submission requirements
- Prepare proposal schedules and track deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and project information
- Compile, format, and quality check proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Maintain bid templates, project references, CVs, and company credentials
- Liaise with clients and consultants regarding tender clarifications and submission requirements
- Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain proposal registers, submission trackers, and bid databases
- Support post submission follow ups and document management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or a similar role
- Experience within hospitality, construction, engineering, architecture, or consultancy industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
