Idealz Holding is seeking a senior BI & Data Engineer to lead data strategy, build scalable data pipelines, and deliver business intelligence. The role requires 7-10 years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics, with strong SQL, data modeling, and BI tool expertise.

Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's BI and data strategy, ensuring data supports business growth and decision making.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Consolidate data from marketing, CRM, finance, operations, customer, product, and performance marketing platforms into a unified data environment.
- Build and optimize data warehouses, semantic layers, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop executive dashboards and business intelligence solutions that support leadership decision making.
- Partner with commercial, strategy, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to identify business opportunities through data.
- Deliver forward looking analytics, forecasting models, and predictive insights.
- Support performance marketing teams through attribution analysis, funnel reporting, customer acquisition insights, ROAS analysis, SKAN reporting, and media performance measurement.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, campaign ROI, and operational efficiency.
- Champion data governance, quality standards, and reporting consistency across the organization.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Commercial Analytics roles
- Strong hands on expertise in SQL and data modelling
- Experience building and maintaining modern data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, AWS, or Azure
- Working knowledge of Python for data processing, automation, or analytics
- Strong understanding of customer analytics, commercial performance, and business KPIs
- Experience supporting performance marketing analytics, attribution, ROAS, CAC, LTV, SKAN, and digital funnel measurement
- Ability to deliver both descriptive and predictive analytics
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities through data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with executive leadership and presenting business insights

Role Description
- Seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded BI & Data Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen.
- Work across multiple departments to consolidate data, establish reporting frameworks, build scalable infrastructure, and deliver forward looking insights.
- This is not purely an engineering role; the candidate should be senior enough to lead the organization's BI and data agenda while remaining hands on.
What You’ll Be Doing
