What is the commitment?

Ongoing Duties May Include

• Support day to day operations of program in collaboration with on site staff creating a high energy, fun and creative experience for participants (which include enrichment activities, spirit weeks, planned out themes, and running active games)
• Work alongside BTB Academic Site Liaison to support group management and instruction during program
• Active facilitation of lessons planned for youth development in: academic enrichment, social skill development, health, cultural competency, inclusion and asset building.
• Establish daily communication with parents regarding program attendance, homework, and behavior
• Maintain confidentiality of staff, students, and family situations (This could include mandated reporting)
• Regularly check-in with teachers and principal regarding questions or issues with students
• Ensure classrooms and facilities are well maintained
• Coordinate and attend field trip throughout the year
• Perform related duties as assigned
