Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy and operation of new project Beta activities in MEA countries, including application for beta samples, follow up on delivery, distribution and return of samples, reward distribution, samples write off and other processes.
- Responsible for analyzing key issues submitted by Beta users and generating monthly experience reports.
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting on issues for MEA's new flagship product output VOC report.
- Responsible for supporting the implementation of testing and verification tasks submitted by HQ, as well as clarifying experience requirements.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and execution capabilities.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
