We're looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to become part of our cafe team.

As a Benugo Cafe Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees
• Assist in food preparation and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in food handling and safety practices
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
