The role is responsible for safe, timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
Location and Contract
- The position is based in Saudi Arabia at a base office.
- The contract type is a residential contract.

Project Delivery Scope
- Manage equipment overhauls, inspections, repairs, upgrades, modifications, refurbishment, fabrication, and new manufacturing projects.
- Deliver projects from customer order or internal approval through engineering, procurement, execution, testing, delivery, commissioning, and closeout.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer commitments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent equipment projects.
- Validate scope and manage end-to-end project delivery, documentation, and commercial closeout.
- Maintain the work breakdown structure, schedule, budget, resource plan, quality plan, risk register, and stakeholder communication plan.
- Coordinate shared resources across engineering, procurement, supply chain, production, workshop, field service, quality, HSE, logistics, finance, and commercial functions.
- Establish governance, ownership, decision rights, escalation paths, and stage-gate approvals.
- Lead project kick-off, progress, technical, customer, decision-board, and closeout meetings.
- Issue meeting minutes and action logs.
- Control critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and recovery plans.
- Manage budgets, cost forecasts, commitments, actual costs, revenue recognition inputs, cash-flow milestones, and contribution margin performance.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent equipment projects from handover through closeout.
- Ability to coordinate engineering, procurement, supply chain, production, workshop, field service, quality, HSE, logistics, finance, and commercial functions.
- Ability to control project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to manage customer commitments and deliver projects in line with contractual requirements and company standards.
