Manage the full lifecycle of our benefits programs, including market research, benchmarking, plan design, vendor selection and management, annual renewals and negotiations, communications, administration, security reviews, and compliance.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, and recommend new or updated programs that align with Stripe’s business and Total Rewards strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert and develop clear communication plans that help Stripes understand our programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators.
Identify and evaluate potential vendors, and manage the request for proposal process in partnership with Procurement.
Assess vendor performance and manage contracts in partnership with Legal, ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments.
Compile, analyze, and report on key benefits metrics.
Partner closely with People Partners, People Consultants, Finance, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal to support a coordinated approach to our benefits strategy.
Partner with Finance to manage the benefits budget, prepare cost projections, and evaluate the return on investment of new and existing programs.
Use Workday and our benefits administration platform to improve workflows and reporting.
Partner with People Systems to deliver key initiatives and projects.
