Benefits Operations Associate, EDI

2 - 4 years of experience in EDI file transmissions (834 files or proprietary files) and enrollment/member eligibility management.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent client service skills.

Good attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.

Knowledge with API is a plus.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations as they relate to benefits enrollment data and PHI handling.

Basic knowledge of XML or flat-file data formats used alongside 834 EDI.
