Bending Operator

Overview

• **Bending Operator – (Job Description ): AED 2,500/-+ Food allowance + 200 after successful probation period**
• Set up machines, cleaning to start a production cycle
• Read specifications and follow drawing Lay out, set up and operate bending machines
• Bend materials according to production plan and requirement.
• Check products for correct shapes, dimensions, and other drawing specifications
• Check all first bend to ensure the bended material conform with specified requirement
• Control and adjust machine settings
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Reduce number of damage material, wrong bending, and scrap
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Help to lubricate machine and replace parts when required.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the company.
• Commits to performing job duties in a manner that ensures a safe work environment.
• Willingly and cooperatively performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Must be able to wear protective gear and equipment.
