Position Summary

Bellman role in Rooms and Guest Services Operations at a Delta Hotels by Marriott property in Doha.

The position supports guest requests, hotel communications, lounge monitoring, and coordination with other hotel departments.

The role is full time and non-management.

Guest Services Duties

  • Arrange transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other services in response to guest requests.
  • Follow up on special requests and provide information about the property, surrounding amenities, events, and activities.
  • Answer and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with Bell Services, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve guest needs.
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.

Standards and Teamwork

  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies, maintain a clean professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and use clear professional language.
  • Maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, follow quality standards, and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
  • The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
