The Bell Attendant supports guests with requests and services while delivering memorable hotel experiences.
The role focuses on warm hospitality, responsiveness, and professional guest assistance.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide information and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
- Coordinate medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs.
- Receive and deliver messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
- Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for VIP guests.
- Promote hotel offerings and encourage use of hotel services and programs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a passion for hospitality.
- Act with integrity and do the right thing.
- Support outcomes through teamwork.
- Take ownership and accountability for service delivery.
