- Conduct psychological assessments and developmental evaluations for children with neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
- Provide counseling and therapy for children dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and pediatricians for holistic child development
- Offer parental guidance and counseling to support family involvement in therapy
- Maintain detailed case records and progress reports
- Conduct workshops, awareness programs, and training sessions for parents, teachers, and caregivers
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in child psychology
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's in Psychology
- Experience in handling children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders
- Proficiency in various therapy techniques such as CBT, Play Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Family Counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
