Job Summary
Little Acorn ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of behavioral programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work part-time and full-time, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of BCBA staff : Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral programs. • Develop and implement behavioral plans : Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans. • Conduct assessments and evaluations : Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure progress. • Maintain accurate records and reports : Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. • Participate in staff training and professional development : Stay current with best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
